Information used to provide the service

We store the campaign details, reply-to address, business mailing address, images and HTML that you provide, along with selected audiences, order records and payment references. This supports saved drafts, paid downloads, campaign delivery and customer support.

RealtorMailer sells professional contact-list products containing the fields described before purchase. Purchased contact files are released after confirmed payment. A business contact record is not a guarantee of consent to every use; customers are responsible for their outreach and their sending provider’s requirements.

Payments, hosting and email delivery

Stripe handles the payment form. Full card numbers are entered with Stripe rather than in RealtorMailer’s forms. We use payment references and status to confirm purchases.

Our hosting services store website and order data. Elastic Email processes campaign content and recipients to send emails. Campaigns enable delivery, open and click reporting; recipients can use the unsubscribe link included in campaign emails. Provider processing is subject to the providers’ own terms and privacy information.

Uploaded property images are used in website and email previews and must be accessible to email recipients. Avoid uploading confidential documents or images that should not be shared in your campaign.

Browser storage and order access

A browser cookie associates anonymous visitors with their drafts and purchases. It is set for up to 30 days. Browser local storage also remembers draft details and list selections. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can affect access to saved drafts and purchased downloads; save downloaded files and contact support for order assistance.

Support and data requests

Contact support@realtormailer.com about your information, a contact-record correction, an opt-out or a deletion request. We may need information to identify the record and verify the request. Order and delivery records are retained for fulfillment, support and recordkeeping.
