Purchase and download your lists
- Choose the USA database, a state, a city or an office ZIP. Review the contact count and one-time price.
- Complete the secure Stripe checkout and return to the Email lists page.
- After payment is confirmed, download from Purchased email lists. State, city and ZIP products are CSV files. The USA package is a ZIP containing 51 state/DC CSVs.
Save your files to your device. Orders are associated with the browser used for checkout. Return in the same browser with cookies enabled; another device or private window may not show your purchases. Contact support if you need help locating an order.
If payment confirmation is still pending, use Refresh payment status. Avoid purchasing again while an existing payment is being confirmed. ZIP files are generated from matching recorded office addresses after payment.
Individual data fields may be blank. Coverage changes over time, and a contact record does not guarantee email delivery or a response. The free format sample contains fictional records.
Send an email campaign
- Choose an available state, city or office ZIP audience.
- Customize your design, add your reply-to email and business mailing address, and review the desktop and mobile previews.
- Approve the final email and pay through Stripe. Confirmed payment submits the campaign to the email service for delivery.
Keep the return page open to review your delivery status. “Submitted” means the email service accepted the campaign; individual inbox delivery, opens and replies are not guaranteed. The mailing address and unsubscribe link appear in the email.
Sending capacity is checked before checkout. If the selected audience requires more capacity, request availability through the campaign studio. No payment is taken while that request is awaiting review.
Refund policy
No refunds after a purchased list has been downloaded or a campaign has been submitted to the email service.
Please review your market, contact count, price and campaign content before paying. If fulfillment has not occurred, or you experience a payment or delivery problem, contact support@realtormailer.com so we can review your order.
List purchases and email campaigns are separate products. Buying a contact list does not include sending a campaign.
